Administrator/Treatment Co-ordinator

Our administrators play a crucial role in providing our customers with outstanding service. They are our first contact with new patients and provide a great first impression. In this position you will ensure our valued patients are completely taken care of with such tasks as billing, insurance submissions, appointment bookings, etc. Building a rapport with our patients is crucial to being able to openly discuss and choose treatment options and plans that are suited to each individual patient.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phones, making sure the patient feels well taken care of, directing calls, taking proper and complete messages
  • Ensuring schedules are full
  • Follow up with patients
  • Tracking new patients
  • Providing crucial communication between patients and dentists
  • Explaining office policies
  • Financial agreements in accordance with the financial policy of the office
  • Educating patients in practice policies
  • Assisting patients and helping them to understand the complexities of their dental plans
  • Managing patient correspondence
  • Maintaining practice goals 
  • Follow up of all outstanding treatment
  • Other duties as assigned
